STORE POLICIES
Orders
- You may place an order with us by completing and submitting the order form on the Site. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders.
- All orders will be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional upon transmission through the Site, and we shall be entitled, but not obliged, to process such order(s) without your further consent and any further reference or notice to you.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any and all orders received from or through the Site in our sole and absolute discretion.
- If we are unable to process your order, we will inform you of this. This might be because the product is out of stock and we will make a refund to you.
Payments
- We accept Paynow and Paypal.
Shipping & Charges
- Free shipping on purchases of $100 & above.
- Po-Pi charges $20 for shipping on purchases below $100.
- Po-Pi will despatch your order within 3 to 5 working days upon order and payment confirmation.
Self-Collection
- We do cater for self-collection at our retail outlet.
Returns
- All items sold are non-refundable.
- Please check through all products immediately upon receiving your parcel from us.
- Returns is accepted for incorrect items received or defective items received. Issues that do not affect the functionality and/or overall external appearance of an item does not constitute as a defect.
- The replacement item for the defective item/incorrect item received by you will be the original product ordered. In the event that the original product is out-of-stock, we will refund via paynow/bank transfer the same value as the defective/incorrect item.
- All return items must be returned in its original conditions with the original packaging.
- Please contact us at 9069 3411 / 90051013 to notify us of the situation within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the item. The count down starts from the date you receive the parcel.
- A courier will deliver the correct item in exchange for the incorrect one.
